Property management is an ongoing service relationship, intended for owners who prefer professional oversight of their rental property on a continuing basis.
Founding Client Rate
For a limited time, founding client rates are available for new residential property management relationships. These rates are offered to early partners and are discussed during an initial consultation.
Leasing & Tenant Placement
Leasing and tenant placement services are available as a standalone option for owners who prefer to self-manage after a tenant is placed.
This service focuses on establishing the tenancy correctly from the start, with clear expectations and proper documentation.

Marketing and advertising of the property
Property showings and applicant inquiries
Applicant screening
Lease preparation and execution
Move-in coordination
Following tenant placement, ongoing management responsibilities transition to the homeowner, and Centennial Property Management is no longer involved unless a separate management agreement is executed.
