Centennial Property Management is led by Louis Novak, who has managed single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties in Leavenworth County, Platte County, and the surrounding areas for more than a decade. Much of this work has involved supporting active duty and retired military homeowners, where flexibility, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through are essential. This experience shapes how we approach property oversight, tenant relationships, and long-term asset care.
